How do we schedule a consultation?
You can find available appointments online on our booking page. After clicking "Book" in the navigation bar, you will be redirected to our booking page.
You can also schedule your appointment by phone or WhatsApp.
Please note that our local time is Brasilia (GMT -3).
We are happy to assist you regardless of your time zone. If you have difficulty finding a suitable appointment on our website, please contact us by email or WhatsApp.
If you are interested in the "shipping-my-life all-inclusive package," please allow approximately 4 hours for the consultation.
If you have specific questions about a particular topic, you can describe your request to us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. We will review your request and provide you with a consultation offer.

After we schedule an appointment, you will receive an email requesting your name, billing address, and preferred payment method. We accept payments via PayPal or bank transfer to one of our accounts. We have accounts in Brazil, the EU, the USA, Switzerland, and China.
Next, we will send you an invoice with the correct bank details, payable within one business day. Your appointment will be reserved for you for 48 hours.
We will also send you the consulting agreement, which you can easily sign online.

After receiving your payment and signing the consulting agreement, we will confirm your appointment and send you a questionnaire about your moving and household details. We also ask that you send us sufficient photos of your belongings.
We comply with all Brazilian and international data protection laws. Your data and photos will not be shared with third parties. The photos remain your intellectual property.
We will schedule an approximately four-hour Zoom meeting. During the conference, we will go through the 22 chapters of the "Shipping-my-life" moving consultation, focusing on your family's needs.
If the software causes any difficulties, we will try to switch to WhatsApp or other available options. If all else fails, we will try again later or schedule an alternative appointment as soon as possible.
Ideally, you will participate in the meeting from your apartment/house so that you can move your phone/laptop/camera around and we can see the relevant household items you plan to take.
We know you have already sent us your photos. However, it is a great advantage to see them live and in colour, rather than just in pictures. We have a trained eye and can spot things you may have missed. But that's exactly what we're going to change, so you can recognize the pitfalls in advance.
This way, we can address this topic in detail, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of bringing certain items, and give you the best packing and customs tips.
You don't need a Zoom account or to register. You will be invited as a participant.
Data Privacy:
If you prefer not to send us your personal data via email, you can register on our website. Your data will be transmitted securely to our servers in Switzerland.
After payment, we will activate your account. Once logged in, you can upload the questionnaire and images directly through your account using encryption.
